Chilli Crisp Baby Corn

1.Take a bowl of washed cut baby corn and first add maida,corn flour and salt as required and give it a good mix.Keep it aside for 10 min.
2.Deep fry the baby corn till crispy and golden brown. You can fry them twice for more crispiness.
3. In the cooking vessel, add oil.When the oil is hot put the chopped onions,garlic and green chilli. Saute it till onion turns translucent.
4.Add the sauces listed and squeeze the half lemon.(you can lesser the quantity of lemon if needed).Saute the ingredients so that the sauces are mixed well.
5.Add salt if needed.
6.Pour the corn flour water into the vessel in low flame and stir it very well.
7.After the mixture thickens add the fried BABY CORN into the vessel and mix it well.
8.Sprinkle the spring onion on top of them for better taste.
