Preferably button mushroom.Chop the mushroom finely.
Finely chopped Cabbage

Tomatoes

Grind the tomatoes in a mixie or beater and keep it aside
Corn flour
2 1/2 Tablespoons
Maida
1 1/2 Tablespoons
Salt
As required
Garam Masal
2 and 1 Teaspoons
Need 1 tsp for later purpose
Chilli powder
1 1/2 or 1 Teaspoons
Can be added as required.Need more chilli powder again
Oil
2 Tablespoons
Green chilli

Cut them into two halves
Turmeric powder
1/2 Teaspoons
Coriander powder
1 Teaspoons
Corn flour water
1 tsp in half glass water
Preparation mode:
1. In a bowl wash and mix the finely chopped mushroom and cabbage with maida, corn flour and salt as mentioned above.
2.Do not add alot of water to the mixture. If not enough just sprinkle water to it.
3. Add garam masala and chilli powder to the mixture and set aside for 10 min
4. Make small small balls out of the mixture and deep fry the balls.
5. After frying them, take a separate vessel and add 2 tbsp of oil and add the chopped onions and green chilli after the oil is hot.
6. Add the grinded tomatoes to the vessel and give it a good mix.
7. Add turmeric powder, garam masala, chilli powder as required and salt as required.
8. Mix the ingredients and saute it for 3 to 4 min.
9. Pour the Corn flour water to the vessel in low flame and continue mixing the ingredients.
10. Now finally add the fried mushroom cabbage balls and give the smash the balls into the mixture to get a gravy like texture.
11. Sprinkle some coriander leaves for decoration and serve Hot
